Welcome to Kibo Design. By subscribing to our services or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About Kibo Design

Kibo Design (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides subscription-based graphic and web design services to businesses and individuals.
We operate from Colima, Mexico, and work with clients primarily in the United States and Latin America.

2. Our Services

Kibo Design offers ongoing creative support through monthly subscriptions. Depending on your plan, you can submit a certain number of design requests at a time.
You’ll receive design deliverables such as graphics, web layouts, branding materials, or other creative assets as described on our website.

We communicate and deliver work via email, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe or PayPal.

  • Your plan automatically renews every month unless you cancel before your next billing date.

  • You can cancel anytime — but payments are non-refundable, even if you don’t use all your requests for that month.

  • We do not currently offer “pauses” or “credits” for unused subscription time.

If a payment fails, we’ll notify you by email and may temporarily suspend services until payment is completed.

4. Design Requests & Revisions

  • You may submit design requests according to your active plan (e.g., one or multiple requests at a time).

  • Revisions are unlimited within reason — meaning we’ll keep refining until you’re satisfied, as long as the feedback remains within the scope of the original request.

  • Each new request will be worked on once previous active requests are completed.

5. Ownership of Work

  • Once you’ve paid for a design, you own the final deliverables.

  • Kibo Design retains rights to reuse general design elements, templates, or concepts that aren’t specific to your brand.

  • You’re responsible for ensuring you have proper licenses for any third-party content (fonts, stock photos, etc.) provided by you for use in your designs.

6. What’s Not Included

Kibo Design does not offer:

  • Photography.

  • Printing, hosting, or domain management.

  • Complex web development (custom-coded sites or back-end systems).

  • Projects requiring daily real-time collaboration or meetings.

7. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times depend on your plan level and project complexity. We typically deliver:

  • Starter plan: 48–72 hours per request

  • Pro plan: 24–48 hours

  • Premium plan: 24 hours or less

We’ll always communicate if a project requires extra time.

8. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing us at [hello@kibodesign.com].
Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kibo Design is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us during the month in which a claim arises.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colima, Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Colima.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
By continuing to use our services, you accept the revised Terms.
